A wayward shot on goal in football could be bemoaned.

Easy to do.

Despite the lifetime of skill and fitness training put in by the person out there giving it a go.

NUDGE

A colleague in the team could get the faintest nick on the shot to nudge the ball on a different trajectory.

High into the roof of the net.

Great joy and relative success.

That little bit of guidance from the team adjusted the outcome with massive results.

BUILD UP

So it is in family and business life.

To criticise and condemn is easy.

To guide and nudge people towards the common goal can bring amazing results.

Remember the objective and goal and keep the team coming back on track for that goal.
