Have you ever tried to pack too much in your day and failed?

We all do that at times.

The advice is always to say no to what is not important or you can’t fit in the schedule today.

ON THE SPOT

The same principle can be applied when trying to improve personal, family, work, study or exercise routines.

Choose one thing, no matter how small, and improve that. Make that one time saving, that one minute extra workout , that one extra family time.

Work on that. It may take you time to master the new routine but you will if you focus your attention on that one point.

If it’s too difficult it’s too big. Make the spot smaller, the adjustment more refined. From little acorns mighty oak trees grow.
