Do It Anyway

Do you find jobs being deferred or delayed during your days?

Why are you doing that?

The negatives will call it procrastination in a negative sense, always an easy out.

PERFECTION

The perfectionist is in fact taking on too much and seeking too high a specification needed for the job to be done.

The job needs only be good enough.

As a result the perfectionist can run out of time or be delayed.

TRUSTED

People with trust issues are soon busted. They cannot trust to delegate and leave others alone to get the job done.

As a result these people get overwhelmed with tasks holding them back.

PERMIT

There are rules. Some people go to an extra level. Having been given a job though lack of confidence or belief or acceptance of responsibility. Some people hold back waiting permission to go to the next level.

If it’s your job own it and do t wait for permission.

CLOCK WATCHER

These people go to work and about their day just waiting for the time to self indulge in what they want. These people are irresponsible in their commitments to others with little integrity in their commitments, words or action for others.

DO THIS

Stay the same and nothing will change.

Or.

Understand what holds you back.

Then.

You can be aware of when you are the problem for the overrun and delay.

Accepting that responsibility can lead to a fix.

With this new self awareness you can adopt a philosophy to do what’s in front of you - whatever the situation.

Good enough, trusting others, letting go and with personal integrity.

Just…
