With the last full summit meeting of EU leaders running 15-17th October solutions and options to settle Brexit Trade Negotiations - for now - is upon us. We have heard already that any agreement is likely to be finalised in November but the basis of the settlement need to be put in place now.

State aid and competition are sticking points, as are fishing rights off UK waters. Customs and Tariffs could cause fiction and enforce change for business.

EU Citizen rights are largely in place and protected but important issues still need resolving on reciprocal health care arrangements. Any Expats should establish UK or EU residency before the end of December 2020 to secure these rights.
