The deadline for the 2023 final tax return in Cyprus for individuals is 31 October 2024.

Originally due 31 July 2024, the deadline was extended again as it has been in past years due to ongoing technical issues at the Cypriot revenue.

However, the 31 October deadline is final and it will not be extended again.

If you are a ProACT client then rest assured that your returns have already been submitted if we have received your income documents.

If you have not instructed us yet for your 2023 return then time is running out to do so as we may need to register you to submit returns online which will take a couple of weeks.

So if you haven’t instructed us yet please do so now by purchasing our Cyprus tax return service or contact us if you have any questions.
